1. Alle interacties met je (potentiële) klanten worden op één plek opgeslagen. Zo staat je klant én de data centraal.
2. Verbeterde communicatie met je klant. Je weet exact welke belangrijke punten je ex-collega 3 maanden geleden heeft besproken.
3. Data om je contacten te analyseren. Hoe vaak heb je contact? Hoelang duurt het om een nieuwe klant binnen te halen? De data in je CRM systeem zit vól met waardevolle informatie!
4. Vasthouden van klanten door geautomatiseerd én persoonlijk te communiceren. Klanten behouden is immers goedkoper dan nieuwe klanten aantrekken.
